4. How do I register in the promo?
   No registration is required. Simply use your qualified Metrobank card at participating stores to avail of the promo.
   
   
5. What are the qualified transactions?
   • Valid for in-store with straight and Installment purchases.
   • Must be charged to a qualified Metrobank card via the store’s Point-of-Sale terminal

   The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

5. To avail the promo at the store, the cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.   
   
   
6. 0% Installment and Shop Now, Pay Later Terms and Conditions: 
   • 0% Installment and Shop Now, Pay Later transactions are valid for Metrobank credit cards only. 
   • 0% Installment under this promo is available up to 12 months only.  
   • Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% Installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit. 
   • All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions
   • of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. 
   • All 0% Installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full. 
7. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.

9. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided. 
   
   
10. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable. 
    
    
11. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.  
    
    
12. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.
     
13. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. 
    
    
14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 
    
    
15. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Fit to Live, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 
    
    
16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. 
    
    
17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
