The promo is exclusive to select Metrobank Travel Visa Signature credit cardholders (CHs) in good standing who received the promotion SMS/Viber message from Metrobank. The promo is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Mastercard product types, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
The promo and spend period are from February 11, 2026 to February 25, 2026.

Qualified transactions include straight transactions, CASH2GO and balance transfer only. It is excluding PayNow/Send Money and Balance Conversion.
Only principal cards are qualified for this promo. They must have their mobile number updated in Metrobank’s credit card database.
If a cardholder changes and/or updates his/her mobile number, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he/she changed and/or updated his/her mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
“Qualified Transactions” include straight retail transactions, both online or in-store purchases, CASH2GO and balance transfer. Valid transactions must be made within the promo period only.
“Non-qualified Transactions” include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments/mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010 and 6011 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as PayNow/Send Money, Cash Advance, Balance Conversion.
A qualified cardholder will receive a notification about her raffle entries within 7 banking days from the end of the promo period.
Raffle entries earned are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Raffle entries earned cannot be transferred to other accounts or customers.
Raffle entries are based on a per-account level.
Deadline for earning raffle entries is on 11:59 p.m., February 25, 2026. The timestamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.
Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.
The electronic raffle draw will take place virtually 14 calendar days after the promo period, on March 11, 2026, 10:00am via MS Teams app in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank.
A total of 5 winners will be drawn in the raffle draw. Each winner will receive two economy (2) roundtrip PAL tickets from Manila to Tokyo. The value of each prize (2 tickets) will not be more than PHP 50,000.
To claim the prize, winner for the flight tickets to Japan fo r two will be contacted by Metrobank’s customer service representative and will be requested to submit the following via email at customerservice@metrobankcard.com:
a. Notarized Quit Claim Form
b. Digital copy of 1 valid and unexpired government ID
c. Digital copy of the front of the winning Metrobank credit card
The winner must submit the abovementioned within sixty (60) business days. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be rewarded to a back-up winner with prior approval from DTI. From the time the winner claims the prize certificate, the winner must use it within 6 months.
Any other expenses related to travel outside of the flight tickets, travel documents, taxes, visa fees, and etc. will be shouldered by the cardholder. The 20% tax of any prize exceeding to 20,000 will be shouldered by the cardholder.
By participating in the raffle, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) photographs and (iii) videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobank’s social media pages.
By submitting photos and videos, or by consenting to have photos or videos taken by a Metrobank representative, the participant agrees to their use for promotional purposes. If no photos or videos are submitted, it will be understood that the participant does not consent to the use of their photos or videos but allows the use of their full name in social media announcements and promotions.
If the raffle winner is unable to travel, they may choose to receive a cashback via Metrobank Credits credited to their Metrobank Credit Card equivalent to the value of the flight. Promo prizes are not transferrable but can be convertible to cash credits to their Metrobank Card. Said amount will be credited to the winner’s Metrobank Travel Signature Visa credit card. To convert their prizes to credits, they may email kalikasan.castillo@metrobank.com.ph within 60 days after notification.
Employees of Metrobank, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
The card holder can only win once.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo and forfeit their right to the promo prize if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize or crediting of the cashback. Metrobank receives the right to reward the raffle prize to the next available winner drawn with the presence of a DTI representative. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s accounts.
This promo may not be available in conjunction with other ongoing promos, unless otherwise stated.
All questions or issues will be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder wins the raffle but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the raffle prize shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
