The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, M Free Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.

Qualified cardholders can avail of 50% OFF on total food and beverages for dine-in only for a minimum single receipt spend of PHP 3,000 excluding service charge and up to a maximum discount of PHP 2,500 exclusive of service charge. Available on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 10:00AM to 2:00PM at Marison’s using their Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

The promo is available for in-store purchase at the following participating branches of Marison’s:

• Marison's SM Masinag-Upper Ground Level, SM City Masinag

General Terms and Conditions:

a. The Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only. Other discounts, bundles, set meal offers are excluded from the promo.

b. The promo is not available for take-out, pick-up and delivery transactions

c. The offer is valid for a minimum total food and beverages bill of PHP 3,000 excluding Service charge and up to a maximum total food and beverages bill of PHP 2,500 exclusive of service charge.

d. Promo can be availed in a single-receipt transaction only per table per visit.

e. Reservations and advance orders are not allowed.

f. Offer is non-transferrable and non-convertible to or cash gift certificate nor applicable for installment transactions.

g. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through MARISON'S Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

h. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Marison’s with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
