How to redeem the promo? To avail the promo:

• The Metrobank cardholder must inform the merchant that they will be availing the promo.

• Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Du Hsiao Yueh Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

• Promo is not available during government mandated holidays.

• Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.

• Take-out orders, Family Bundles, Meal Sets and Limited Time Offers from Du Hsiao Yueh are excluded from the Promo.

• Promo is not applicable for orders made from third party food delivery services.

• The discount is applicable to the total food and beverages inclusive of Value Added-Tax.

• Service Charge is excluded from the discount, and shall be charged to the cardholder based on the net discounted amount.

• Cardholder must present and use a valid Metrobank ICON, Metrobank World, or Metrobank Platinum Mastercard credit card to pay for their bill.

• Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

• Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

• The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Du Hsiao Yueh.

• In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

• The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Du Hsiao Yueh shall have no liability.

• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Du Hsiao Yueh with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
