The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard and Prepaid Cards.

How to avail:

a. Visit ph.pennypairs.com

b. Select your preferred jewelry item and click “Add to bag”

c. Click “Checkout”

d. On the checkout page, enter your email address, full name, shipping address and phone number.

e. After entering your address, available shipping methods will appear. Select “FREE J&T Express Delivery (2–5 days).”

f. Scroll down to the Payment section and select “Secure payments via PayMongo.”

g. Choose your billing address option: “Same as shipping address” or “Use a different billing address.”

h. Click “Pay Now.” You will be redirected to PayMongo’s secure payment page.

i. On the PayMongo page, choose your preferred payment method, fill in the required payment details, and click “Complete Payment.”

c. The terms of service and other policies of “PENNY PAIRS” website shall apply. 

By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by “PENNY PAIRS” subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo. 

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. shipping fee, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.  

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided. 

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.  

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and “PENNY PAIRS”, with the concurrence of the DTI. “PENNY PAIRS” agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.  

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
