How to Avail:

a. To avail, cardholder to call +63 917 857 6728 or email reservations.cbcebu@ayalalandhospitality.com and submit the following information: travel dates, desired room type, number of rooms required, names and ages of persons staying, and last 4 digits of Metrobank card to be used for payment. Use subject line: Seda CBC x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name

b. A Metrobank credit card guarantee is required 48 hours from booking.

c. A booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.

d. Cardholder to present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

General Terms and Conditions:

e. Payment Terms: Full payment using a Metrobank credit card is required upon check-in.

f. Extra Person Policy: Extra adult at PHP 2,000 nett per night, inclusive of bed and buffet breakfast. One extra adult per room only. 3rd, 5th and 7th person charge applies

g. Child Policy: A maximum of 2 kids, 12 years old and below may stay in the room for free, sharing the existing bed and inclusive of breakfast.

h. Rebooking Policy: Amendable within promotion period, provided that the guest contacts the hotel within the cancellation policy.

i. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation one day before arrival, cancellation on the arrival date or in case of no show, one night fee shall apply.

j. Others: In cases of force majure, valid medical reason, or flight/vessel cancellation, documentation will be required and rebooking within 6 months will be approved.

k. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

l. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
