General Terms and Conditions:

a. The promo is available for direct bookings only and not valid for online bookings. Prior reservation is required.

b. The promo is applicable to room accommodation only (excluding incidental charges), for up to three (3) rooms per night.

c. The promo is not valid to extensions of stay.

d. Children aged twelve (12) and below can stay free in their parent’s room (but without breakfast and extra bed/s).

e. Any modification or cancellation must be made at least three (3) days prior to the arrival date, otherwise, the reservation or deposit will be forfeited. No show will incur a full period charge.

f. For rebooking, room rates are subject to change depending on the new stay dates.

h. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total booking amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.

i. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit, debit or prepaid cards.

j. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

k. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

l. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

m. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
