How to avail:

a. Inform via email/ call that you will be availing the promo with Metrobank.

b. State booking detail including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.

c. Confirmation will be sent by the hotel

d. Present the card used in booking upon arrival in the hotel

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Prior reservation is required. For fixed dates & declared holiday, guests will have to check room availability with the hotel.

b. Present the Metrobank Card used in the booking upon check-in.

e. Rates are inclusive of service charge and government taxes.

f. Extra person charge is at Php2,200 inclusive of breakfast buffet and extra bed. Maximum Room Occupancy: 4 guests including children.

g. Reservations are required at least five (5) days before date of stay. Confirmation is subject to room availability.

h. Cancellations of reservations may be made without penalty at least three (3) days prior to arrival.

i. All other incidental charges will be on personal account of the guest.

j. Check-in is at 2:00PM; check-out time is 12:00NN.

k. Not valid in conjunction with other promotion and discounts.

l. Hotel terms and conditions, child policy and extra person rates apply.

m. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
