What is the promo offer?

Metrobank credit cardholders will exclusively get the following when they shop at SM Store branches during the scheduled SM 3-Day Sale:

• 5% OFF on straight transactions for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000 capped at a maximum discount of PHP 1,000 plus

• 5% OFF on 0% installment plus Shop Now, Pay Later for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 15,000 capped at a maximum discount of PHP 2,000

What are the qualified cards / credit cards for the promo?

• The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free and M-Lite Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card and Puregold Card in good credit standing only.

• Credit cardholder must be of good credit standing only.

What are the excluded cards / credit cards for the promo?

• The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit Cards, and Prepaid Cards.

What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

• The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts).
• Online transactions via ShopSM and Personal Shopper transactions are excluded from the promo.
• The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
• Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
• All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
• All installment purchases are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
• The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, SM Store shall have no liability.
• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
