The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit, Metrobank Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa.

This promo is available only for 0% installment purchases up to 12 months. Straight purchases are excluded from this promo.

Promo period is from February 1 to December 31, 2024 only.

To qualify for the free item, purchase should be made in-store at SunJewel’s main branch, Level 2, Main Wing, Shangri-la Plaza, Mandaluyong City.

To redeem the free item, cardholders must present the original customer’s copy of the approved 0% installment charge slip plus the original invoice of the SunJewel store where the purchase was made, and present the Metrobank credit card used for the purchase.

A cardholder may only have one (1) redemption per day, per store. Redemption of the free item is only valid on the same day the eligible purchase was made.

For a charge slip to be valid, the following conditions have to be met:

a. Name and card number on the charge slip must be the same as the Metrobank credit card presented;

b. Transaction date of surrendered charge slip must be within the promo period;

c. Transaction amount must be at single-receipt 0% installment purchase worth PHP 75,000; and

d. Charge slips presented upon redemption must be readable. Unreadable or mutilated charge slips will no longer be valid for redemption.

Full installment amount under the 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Sunjewel, with the concurrence of the DTI. Sunjewel agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
