Promo Mechanics

  • Visual Tracker/Redemption: Cardholder can track their eGC for claiming at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift beginning December 15, 2025. All qualified transaction/s will be posted on the tracker within seven (7) banking days. Redemption period is from December 15, 2025 to April 30, 2026 only.

  1. The promo is open to pre-selected Metrobank Peso Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, M Free Mastercard, M Lite Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Vantage Mastercard/Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Visa Plus, Cashback Visa, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Robinsons Mastercard and NCCC Mastercard credit cardholders (CHs) in good standing who received the promotion SMS/Viber message from Metrobank. The promo is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. The promo and spend period is from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

  3. The pre-selected cardholders will receive an SMS/Viber with a reference number from Metrobank. Metrobank will not accommodate requests of any cardholder to include his or her account in the list of pre-selected cardholders for the promo.

  4. Qualified principal cardholders will be eligible to the incentive offer below:

  5. Valid spend includes straight retail transactions in groceries and supermarkets, both online or in-store purchases. The valid merchant category codes are the following: 5298, 5300, 5411, 5412, 5422, 5441, 5451, 5462, 5499. The said valid transactions have to be made within the promo period only.

  6. Other transactions such as merchant installment transactions, transactions with merchant category codes not specified above as found in Metrobank’s database, Cash2Go, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, PayNow, finance charges, late payment fees, annual membership fees and other bank charges are excluded as valid spend.

  7. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s.

  8. A principal cardholder is entitled up to one (1) incentive per calendar month during the promo period.

  9. A visual transaction/s and incentive tracker (metrobankcard.mymcc.gift) where all qualified and posted transactions/s and eGCs will be available to target cardholders starting December 15, 2025. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker, which will be updated within seven (7) banking days after the transaction has been made.

  10. The promo and eGC entitlement is based on an account level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same account number will be considered as one unique account. Qualified transactions made by using other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same account number will be combined in the number of entitled eGCs.

  11. A principal cardholder will receive instructions via SMS to visit the Metrobank website to redeem the eGC once he/she has met the spend condition. The eGCs must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or until April 30, 2026 only. All unredeemed eGCs will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Metrobank website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate requests of cardholders to extend the validity of the eGC once the sixty (60) calendar days has passed.

  12. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.

  13. Any dispute related to cardholder’s credit card account shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Hence, all accrued charges on the credit card while the dispute is ongoing shall be for the account of the cardholder.

  14. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  15. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the eGC, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the eGC shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  16. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  17. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  18. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
