What is the promo offer?

How to redeem the promo?
- Prior reservation is required to avail the promo.
- The Metrobank cardholder must inform the merchant that they will be availing the promo.
- Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum number of full-paying adult and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank Visa Credit card through Vikings Group’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- Promo is applicable for dine-in and straight transactions only.
- A minimum of five (5) full-paying adults is required to avail of the promo.
- The promo is applicable for up to ten (10) full-paying adults per table only.
- The promo is applicable for lunch and dinner buffets from Monday-Thursday only.
- The discount is applicable to the total food and beverages bill inclusive of Value Added-Tax.
- No Service Charge included and will not be charged to the cardholder.
- Promo is applicable to all participating branches of Vikings, Vikings The Alley and Niu except Vikings Venue and Vikings Laoag.
- Cardholder must present and use a valid Metrobank Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa credit card to pay for their bill.
- Only one (1) qualified Visa Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Visa Credit cards.
- Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Vikings, Vikings The Alley and Niu.
- In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
- The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Vikings, Vikings The Alley and Niu shall have no liability.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Vikings, Vikings The Alley, and Niu by Vikings, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
