  2. What are the qualified cards for the promo?
    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Metrobank ICON, Toyota Platinum Card, ON Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only.

    The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, and Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Debit and Prepaid cards.
  3. When is the promo period and stay period?
    Promo and booking period are from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 only. Stay period is from April 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026 only.

    Blackout dates apply on April 2, 2026 to April 5, 2026 (Holy Week), and April 9, 2026 (Araw ng Kagitingan) only.

    A payment link will be sent to complete the transaction using a qualified Metrobank credit card.

  1. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

    A. Accommodation

    • The promo is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) at Pines Cafe and Value Added Tax.
    • Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room only. Kids 5 years old and below are FREE of charge, 6 to 10 years old will be charged 50% OFF extra person rate.
    • Extra person rate is PHP 1,500 per head, per night, inclusive of breakfast.
    • Change of stay dates can be done at least 72 hours prior to check-in date, provided the new stay date is still within the Stay Period. If new stay date is outside of the stay period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.
    • Cancellation is allowed at least 72 hours prior to check-in date. Whole duration of stay will be charged for late cancellations and no shows.
    • The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.
    • Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID.
    • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    B. Dining

    • Promo is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions.
    • Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.
    • Unless otherwise provided, Service Charge shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on original menu prices  

    C. General Terms and Conditions

    • Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total booking amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card.
    • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit cards.
    • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
    • Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.
    • By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by The Plaza Lodge Baguio subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.
    • The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    • The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and The Plaza Lodge Baguio.
    • In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
    • The use of the Metrobank Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, The Plaza Lodge Baguio shall have no liability.
    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the promo, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the promo shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Plaza Lodge Baguio with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
