The promo is also applicable to Metrobank PRIME Debit and Prepaid cards. The promo is NOT applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and ON Mastercard.

How do I redeem the promo?

• To book, Cardholder must email reservationsteam@thefarmcom.ph or call the 24/7 hotline at 0917-572-2222 • 0918-884-8080 within the promo period.

• Cardholder to advise preferred travel dates including guest details and place the following information on the subject line: The Farm at San Benito x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g.The Farm at San Benito x Metrobank/JuandelaCruz).

• The Farm at San Benito will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24-48 hours upon booking.

• Travel requirements and online forms that need to be accomplished will also be sent.

• In case the dates preferred by the Cardholder are unavailable, The Farm at San Benito shall advise and offer the next available dates.

• For payment, The Farm at San Benito will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle payment.

• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to confirm the booking.

• A confirmation voucher will be sent to Cardholder through e-mail once payment is finalized, travel requirements were sent and online forms are completely accomplished.

• Cardholder may pre-purchase the voucher and finalize travel dates later on within the stay period.

• Cardholder to present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check-in to avail of the promo offer.

What are the terms conditions of the promo?

• Direct bookings only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings.

• Rates are good for 2 persons; subject to extra person charges.

• Extra Person Rate: P3,050 net with breakfast

• Child Policy: Age 4 years old and below – Free of charge

• 5-12 years old – 50% charge; 13 years old and above – Full charge

• Rebooking: Allowed within the booking period

• Cancellation:

• A valid Metrobank credit, debit, or prepaid card must be presented and used for payment. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

• The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

• In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

• The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
