What is the promo offer?

Qualified cardholders can get up to 50% OFF on breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at The Café, Hyatt Regency Manila for dine-in transactions using their Metrobank credit cards:

What are the qualified cards for the promo?
The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Debit Cards, Metrobank Prepaid Cards and Metrobank Dealer Financing.
When is the promo period?
The promo period is from July 1, 2026 – December 30, 2026. Blackout dates apply on scheduled restaurant buyout dates, holidays and special occasions but not limited to the following dates: December 24, 2026 and December 25, 2026.

How to avail the promo?
Prior reservation is required. Same day reservation and walk-ins may be accepted. Subject to availability.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- The Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only.
- Buffet offers are available for a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of twenty (20) diners per table, per receipt.
- Buffet offers are available daily with the following schedules:
  Breakfast 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
  Lunch 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
  Dinner 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
- The discount is applicable on the total bill inclusive of VAT and service charge.
- The Metrobank Card presented in availing the promo must be the same card that will be used in processing the payment.
- Restaurant buyout dates are set by the restaurant and may occasionally be reserved for private events or short-notice buyouts, cardholders are recommended to plan their visit and call in advance to check on the schedule.
- Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through The Café, Hyatt Regency Manila’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
- Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.
- Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
- The Promo is not valid for private functions, promotional events and other promos.
- The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.
- The use of the Metrobank Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Café, Hyatt Regency Manila with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
