Promo Mechanics

  1. What is the promo offer?

    Qualified cardholders can get 10% OFF on all spa services at Pontus Spa when using their Metrobank Cards.  

  2. What are the qualified cards for the promo?

    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Dealer Financing.

  3. When is the promo period?

    The promo period is from March 15, 2026 to September 15, 2026.

    Blackout dates apply during special occasions Mother’s Day and Father’s Day and Philippine holidays mandated by the government but not limited to Holy Week, Araw ng Kagitingan, Labor Day, Independence Day, and National Heroes Day.

    The Promo is available at Midori Clark Hotel located at Kalayaan St., C.M. Recto Avenue, Clark Freeport Zone, Clark, Pampanga, Philippines.

    Call for bookings and inquiries at 09178682217 / 09176595555 or email reservations@midorihotel.com. Cardholders must inform the reservations team that they are availing of the Metrobank promo.

  5. How to redeem the promo?

    • Prior reservation is required to avail of the offer.

    • Spa offer is also available for non-guests.

    • Cancellation and rebooking are allowed within 3 days prior the scheduled date within the promo period.

    • Metrobank cardholder must inform the reservations team that they are availing of the Metrobank promo.

    • Pontus Spa schedule is from 2:00PM – 10:00PM only. Last call for spa services is at 8:00PM.

    • Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Midori Clark Hotel’s online gateway or Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

    • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

  6. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

    • All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

    • The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.  

    • In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.  

    • The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.   

    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account. 

    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.  

    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 

    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Midori Clark Hotel, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 

    •  In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 

    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
