What is the promo offer?

Metrobank credit cardholders will exclusively get the following when they shop at Our Home branches nationwide:
- 10% OFF on select regular-priced items or extra 5% OFF on select sale items. Applicable to both straight transactions and 0% installment transactions
- Extra 5% OFF on straight transactions for a minimum single-receipt spend of P18,000 capped at a maximum spend of PHP 20,000
- The following minimum spend requirement applies for 0% installment plus shop now, pay later:
  - 0% installment for 3 months – minimum spend of P15,000 required
  - 0% installment for 6 months – minimum spend of P30,000 required
  - 0% installment for 12 months – minimum spend of P60,000 required
  - 0% installment for 24 months – minimum spend of P80,000 required
What items are excluded from this promo?
- Promo is not applicable to items that are bundled, packages, items with existing GWP promo, tagged as “Great Value”
- Promo is not applicable to purchase of coupons and vouchers
- Promo is not applicable to sale items with offer that is more than 30% OFF
- Promo is not applicable to permanent markdown items regardless of the existing offer
- Promo is not applicable to Nespresso and Francis Libiran Collection

The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts).
Online transactions are excluded from the promo.
The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
All installment purchases are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Our Home shall have no liability.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Our Home, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
