  1. What is the promo offer?
    Qualified cardholders can get 20% OFF at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu restaurants using their Metrobank credit cards. Promo is valid for dine-in only.
    • 20% OFF on a la carte orders at Blu Bar, El Viento, and Lobby Lounge 
    • 20% OFF on a la carte orders at Hai Shin Lou maximum discount of PHP 3,000 applies 
  2. What are the qualified cards for the promo?
    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit Card and Prepaid Cards.
  3. When is the promo period?
    • The promo runs from June 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
    • Blackout date apply on June 21, 2026 (Father’s day) only.

  5. How to avail the promo?
    • Prior reservation is required to avail the promo.
    • Alcoholic beverages, promotional menus, banquet sales, private functions, take-out transactions and orders made from third party food delivery services are excluded from the promo.
    • The Metrobank cardholder must inform the merchant that they will be availing the promo.
    • The Metrobank cardholder must meet the minimum spend applicable and charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank credit card through Marco Polo Plaza Cebu’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
    • Unless otherwise provided, Local Tax, Value-Added Tax and Service Charge should be charged to the cardholder based on the original amount
  6. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
    • Dining offer is applicable to walk-in and hotel guests.
    • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.
    • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
    • The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
    • In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional freebie or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
    • The use of Metrobank Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu shall have no liability.
    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
