  1. What is the promo offer?

    Qualified cardholders can avail 20% OFF on Room Rates based on Best Available Rates at Chancellor Hotel Boracay with their Metrobank Cards.

  2. Who is qualified for the promo?

    The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank ON Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  3. What is the promo and/or stay period?

    The promo period is from February 1, 2026- July 31, 2026. Stay Period: February 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026. No blackout dates.

  4. Where is this located?

    The promo is available at Chancellor Hotel Boracay – Newcoast Drive, Boracay Newcoast, Barangay Yapak, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines.

  5. How do I avail?

    • Contact stay@chancellorboracay.com for email bookings and (036)286-1300 for phone bookings.

    • Inform via email/call that cardholder will be availing the promo with Metrobank

    • State booking details including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.

    • Confirmation will be sent by the resort

    • Present the card used in booking upon arrival in the hotel

  6. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

    • Subject to room availability and occupancy

    • Other hotel incidental charges/services will be charged separately and must be settled upon checkout.

    • Cancellations and amendments can be made atleast 48 hours before check-in.

    • In case of disputes, the decision of the hotel management is final in occurrence with DTI approval

    • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

    • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the purchase to their qualified Metrobank Card through Chacellor Hotel Boracay’s Point of Sale Terminal.

    • Only one (1) trasaction receipt is allowed per customer, per day.

    • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

  7. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

  8. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  10. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

  11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

  12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Boracay Uptown, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
