4. Promo is applicable only for 3, 6, and 12 months purchases. Other installment tenors and straight purchases are excluded from the promo.

5. Available the following Western Appliances branches nationwide:

1. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

2. The promo is valid in conjunction with other existing promos, unless otherwise stated.

   Other Terms and Conditions:
   a. 0% up to 12 months Installment
   i. 0% installment is applicable using Metrobank credit cards only.
   ii. 0% installment is available for 3, 6, and 12 months installment term only.
   iii. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
   iv. All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
   v. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
   
   

   b. General Terms and Conditions:
   i. Promo is applicable for in-store transactions only.
   ii. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Western Appliance’s Metrobank Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
   iii. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.
   iv. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions

3. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD)/Senior Citizens can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

4. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Western Appliances shall have no liability.

5. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

7. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

8. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Western Appliances, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

9. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

10. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
