What is the promo offer?
Qualified Metrobank cardholders can avail 50% off on a la carte food & beverage items for a minimum spend of PHP 3,000 using Metrobank credit cards. Discount is capped at a maximum of PHP 2,500 per transaction.
What are the qualified cards for the promo?
The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard in good credit standing only.

The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid Cards.

How to avail the promo?
- The promo is open to all Metrobank credit cardholders.
- Cardholders must present and use their Metrobank credit card to pay their total bill to avail of the offer/s.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- The promo is open to all Metrobank credit cardholders.
- Cardholders are entitled to 50% off on a la carte food & beverage items (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) at The Coze Café when they use their Metrobank credit card for payment.
- Cardholders must present and use their Metrobank credit card to pay their total bill to avail of the offer/s.
- The offer is valid for dine-in transactions at The Coze Café only, from Monday to Thursday. A minimum spend of PHP 3,000 and a maximum discount of PHP 2,500 per transaction apply.
- Splitting of a single transaction per cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Only 1 card per table per day is allowed.
- The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
- The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers including party trays/bundles, discounts, promotions, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank , The Coze Café.
- The use of Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, The Coze Café shall have no liability.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Coze Café with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
