Accommodation
- The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.
- Promo applies to the specified room packages only.
- Promo is inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
- Standard allowable occupancy per room applies.
- Child policy applies.
  - Children aged 5 years and below (maximum of 2) sharing room with parents using existing bed set-up, stay and eat buffet breakfast for free and other pre-arranged meals, when dining with parents (hotel terms and conditions apply).
  - Children 6- 11 years old, sharing room with parents, using existing bed set-up, stay for free and shall be extended 50% discount on existing buffet breakfast and other pre-arranged meals.
  - Children 12 years old & above are considered adults, can be accommodated in an extra bed at the prevailing cost inclusive of breakfast.
- Extra person rate is PHP 2,500 per night.
- The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.
- Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.
- Rebooking and Cancellation Policy:
  - Cancellations due to Force Majeure/Cancelled flights/ferry and medical reasons, rebooking will be allowed within 2 months from original stay date.
  - Cancellation must be justified by cancellation advisory from airline, ferries, and medical certificate.
  - Cancellations for 14 days or less prior to arrival is subject to one-night charge.
  - Cancellations for 7 days or less prior to arrival is subject to FULL cancellation charge.
Dining
- Valid for dine-in for both checked-in and walk-in guests.
- Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.
- Unless otherwise provided, applicable taxes shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on original menu prices.
- Discount is not valid to be converted as voucher.
- Banquet sales, conference packages, parties, private functions and events are excluded from the promo.
General Terms and Conditions:
- The promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing bookings or reservations.
- Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through The Bellevue Resort Bohol’s Point-Of-Sale terminal or payment link provided.
- Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card.
- Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and The Bellevue Resort Bohol.
In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, The Bellevue Resort Bohol shall have no liability.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit and debit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Bellevue Resort Bohol, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
