Qualified cardholders of Metrobank can get coupons on Temu App using their Metrobank credit, debit, and prepaid cards during the Promo Period (March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026).

Eligibility: The Promo is available to both New App Users and Existing App Users (as defined in the Agreement) who made a Qualifying Purchase (as defined in the Agreement) on Temu App during the Promo Period (“Eligible Users”). Temu shall not be obligated to provide any Promo to users outside of the Philippines.

The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, ON Internet Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit and Prepaid cards.

Offer: During the Promo Period, Temu shall, at its sole discretion, offer the following benefits to Eligible Users:

New App User:

a. Referral link (Coupon Bundle): A total coupon value of PHP2,000.00 would be offered to New App Users, including:

• 1 x PHP 500 for a minimum single-receipt order of PHP 1,000;

• 2 x PHP 450 for a minimum single-receipt order of PHP 1,500; and

• 2 x PHP 300 for a minimum single-receipt order of PHP 1,500.

b. Referral Code: One (1) Referral Code would be offered to each New App User for a 50% OFF for a minimum single-receipt orders of PHP 1,100 or more, with a maximum discount amount of PHP 1,100.

Existing App User:

a. Referral link (Coupon Bundle): A total coupon value of PHP 2,000.00 would be offered to Existing App Users, including:

• 4 x PHP 50 for a minimum single-receipt order of PHP 500;

• 2 x PHP 150 for a minimum single-receipt order of PHP 900;

b. Referral Code: One (1) Referral Code would be offered to each Existing App User for 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt orders of PHP 550 or more, with a maximum discount amount of PHP 550.

Restriction:

All coupons are valid for twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt.

All coupons must be redeemed and used exclusively through the Temu App.

All Promos are only available for Eligible Users in the Philippines.

User Verification

• A New App User has its meaning as referred to in the Agreement. A New App User will be disqualified from the New App User status if he/she uninstalls the Temu App.

Usage Limits

• Promo for New App Users shall be available only for Qualifying Purchases of New App Users.

• Promo for Existing App Users shall be available only for Qualifying Purchases of Existing App User.

• Promo is only valid for one (1) Qualifying Purchase per Eligible User during the Promo Period. Any purchases made by users other than one (1) Qualifying Purchase shall not be subject to the Promo. Only one form of benefit (Referral Link or Referral Code) shall be entitled to each Eligible User.

• Any subsequent purchases made by the same Eligible User will not be eligible for the Promo. The determination of Eligible Users and Qualifying Purchases shall be determined by Temu at its sole discretion.

• The Promo cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or promotion for the same transaction.

• The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• Eligible Users are responsible for ensuring that the discount is correctly reflected on the checkout page, prior to placing any purchase orders on Temu App. In the event that the discount is not reflected/applied at the time of checkout, it will not be retrospectively provided or applied.

• In the event of any disputes regarding the Promo, Eligible Users may contact Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 (domestic toll-free 1-800-1888-5775) or send an e-mail to customerservice@metrobankcard.com.

• Temu’s decision on all matters relating to the Promo will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. Temu may modify, change or discontinue the terms of Promo upon providing written notice, with email constituting sufficient notice.

The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with the Promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. Temu is not a party to any agreement between the holder of Metrobank card and Metrobank. Accordingly, Temu assumes no liability whatsoever for any claims, disputes, or issues arising from the issuance, management, or use of the Metrobank cards, including but not limited to transaction processing, fees, availability of funds, or unauthorized use of Metrobank cardholders. In case of disputes in respect of Metrobank and the Metrobank cardholders’ eligibility of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo as sold on the Temu App shall be settled directly between the Eligible User and Temu, provided that it is not attributable to the negligence, willful misconduct of fraud of Metrobank.
