What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

• Standard hotel terms and conditions apply.

• The promo is available for direct bookings, not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing bookings.

• Occupancy per room type varies: Private Single (max 1 person), Private Bunk (max 2 persons), Bed in Mixed/All-female Dormitory (max 4 persons).

• Pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Any charges incurred during stay must be settled upon checkout.

• Booking is non-refundable and not applicable for extensions of stay.

• Rates are in Philippine Peso, inclusive of Value Added Tax and Service Charge.

• Offer is non-commissionable.

• Free cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date. Late cancellation or reduction on the number of guaranteed rooms reserved shall be charged in full. Failure to arrive will be treated as no-show and charged in full.

• Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. Otherwise regular rates apply.

• Dining offer is valid for dine-in and take-out for both checked-in and walk-in guests. Card must be presented upon ordering.

• Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

• Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Spin El Nido’s Point-Of-Sale terminal or payment link provided.

• Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card.

• Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

• The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Spin El Nido.

• In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

• The use of the Metrobank Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, Spin El Nido shall have no liability.

• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified, the cost shall be charged to the credit card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Spin El Nido, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
