The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit, and Prepaid cards.

3. Promo is valid at rustans.com. The code is valid only at rustans.com and does not apply to purchases at Rustan’s physical stores or via Rustan’s Personal Shopper on Call.

6. To avail of the offer, cardholders must shop at rustans.com on the event dates indicated above. Then, enter the assigned event promo code upon checkout.

7. Only one promo code may be used per transaction.

8. The code is valid for one-time use per customer per event duration only.

9. The code cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates or gift-wrapping services.

10. The discount is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

11. The code is valid only at rustans.com and does not apply to purchases at Rustan’s physical stores or via Rustan’s Personal Shopper on Call.

12. The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

13. The Promo may be used in conjunction with existing product discounts, unless otherwise stated. Only one (1) promo code may be used per transaction.

14. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount , but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

15. All installment purchases and the use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

16. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

17. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

18. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

19. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Rustan’s, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

20. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

21. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
