Blackout dates: 2026: Aug. 21 & 31, 2026; Nov. 1-2, Nov 30, 2026; Dec. 8, 18-31, 2026; Jan. 3, 2027; Feb. 5-7, 2027 and any additional government- declared holidays within the promo period.
To avail of the offer:
- Reservation is required. To avail, Cardholder must contact Reside Siargao directly by email reservations@residesiargao.com • fo@residesiargao.com or phone +63 917 174 1574. Intent to avail the Metrobank promo must be mentioned and provide the following details:
  - complete name of guest/s;
  - contact number;
  - check-in and check-out dates;
  - preferred room type;
  - no. of guests;
  - first 6-digits of Metrobank credit/debit card
- Reside Siargao will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24 hours upon booking.
- For payment, Reside Siargao will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment.
- Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
- Cardholder must present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.
- A minimum 2-night stay is required to avail of the discount.
- Rates are good for 2 nights with daily breakfast for two pax.
- Promo can be availed at: Reside Siargao, Brgy. Catangnan, General Luna, Surigao Del Norte.
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.
- Extra Person Rate: PHP 1,300/person/night with set breakfast
- Child Policy: 0-5 years old: FREE; 6-12 years old: Php 650.00 (includes breakfast and sharing existing bed set-up)
- Rebooking/Cancellation/No-Show/Refund: All bookings cannot be changed, cancelled, and are non-refundable. In the event that guests fail to arrive at the hotel, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
General Terms and Conditions:
- The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disablity, whichever is higher.
- The use of the Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Reside Siargao, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
