• Photobook Philippines does not accept any amendments or changes to be made once the file is uploaded. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly before uploading their book for processing.

Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Photobook, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
