The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, Metrobank Debit, and Prepaid cards in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Dealer Financing.

How do I redeem?
a. Prior reservation is required to avail the promo.

b. Contact panjareservation@gmail.com for email bookings, and 0917-3764835 for phone bookings.

c. Inform via email/call that the cardholder will be availing of the promo with Metrobank.

d. State booking details including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.

e. Confirmation will be sent by the resort.

f. Present the card used for booking upon arrival at the hotel

g. The Metrobank cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal
Terms and Conditions:
- Offer is applicable for in-store purchase and straight transactions only.
- Stay Period is from May 2, 2026 to November 30, 2026
- Offer is inclusive of VAT
- Cancellation Policy:
  - 15 days before arrival: 50% of total must be settled
  - 14 days before: Full refund
  - 7 days before: 50% refund
  - Less than 7 days: No refund
- Rebooking allowed once; subject to availability
- Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional freebie or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if appliable.
- The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Panja Resort Palawan, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
