• The Metrobank cardholder must inform the Reservations team that they will be availing the promo.

• The Metrobank cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank credit card through the payment link.

No Show, Modification and Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for free cancellation or rebooking.

• All paid bookings are non-refundable.

• Rebooking is allowed within three (3) months from the original stay date, subject to rate changes and approval.

• Rebookings made beyond the three (3) months window will incur additional charges and are subject to the hotel's discretion.

• Guests will be charged the full amount based on the total number of rooms booked in the event of a No Show.

• A written cancellation notice via email is required from the guest to process a booking cancellation. Without this notice, the booking is considered guaranteed and confirmed.

• The hotel shall not be liable for any compensation for services not rendered due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural calamity, typhoon, flight cancellations, pandemic).

Terms & Conditions:

• The promo is open to all Metrobank credit card.

• Rates include room accommodation and Breakfast buffet for 2 (Two) Persons only.

• Extra bed /Extra person w/ breakfast is subject to availability, Php 3,500 (Three Thousand Five Hundred) per person. No discount is extended to the extra bed and extra person charge, per night of the designated stay.

• Booking at least 48 (Forty-Eight) hours before arrival is required.

• Promo runs from August 01, 2026, to January 30, 2027.

• Stay period from August 2, 2026, to January 31, 2027.

• This Promotion is NOT VALID through Peak & Super Peak Dates as listed: October 31, 2026 through to November 2, 2026 and December 23, 2026 to January 5, 2027

• PWD and Senior Citizens can avail the promo or the discount under RA No.107 and Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, and RA No.1075, whichever is the highest

• This promotion package does not apply to any further discounts.

• A maximum of 2 (Two) children, 0 (Zero) - 11 (Eleven) years old are free of charge in the room as long as they share a bed with an adult.

• Children from 7 (Seven) - 11 (Eleven) years old are free in the room accommodation, but with a 50% (Fifty Per Cent) discount on the breakfast charge per child, not exceeding 2 (Two) children.

• Children from 0 (Zero) - 6 (Six) years old are free in room accommodation, inclusive of breakfast.

• FULL PAYMENT is required to guarantee the booking. Payment is non-refundable. A payment link will be sent to the cardholder.

• Cardholders must charge the entire bill to their Metrobank Credit/Debit/Prepaid card to avail of the promo. The intent to avail the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.

• Upon arrival, the cardholders should inform the Resort that he/she will be availing of the Metrobank Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card promo.

• The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
