Note: By making a booking under this promo, the cardholder consents to sharing his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) to Lime Resort El Nido, and the same shall be subject to its terms and conditions and data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

Terms and Conditions:

A. Accommodation

• The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

• The promo is inclusive of the following:

  • Daily breakfast for two (2) pax only
    
    
  • Service Charge, Value Added Tax and applicable government taxes.
    
    

• Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room only. Children below 11 years old are free of charge as long as sharing a bed with adults (accommodations only), breakfast is excluded.

• Extra person rate is P2,000 per head, per night, inclusive of breakfast.

• Booking is non-refundable and not applicable for extensions of stay.

• Rebooking is allowed within three (3) months from the date of notification, provided that it falls under force majeure conditions.

• Cancellation is not allowed. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as no-show and the full amount equivalent to the entire stay will be forfeited.

B. Dining

• Applicable for dine-in and take-out transactions only. Available for both checked-in and walk-in guests.

• Valid Metrobank card must be presented upon ordering.

• Discount is applicable per table and cannot be split into multiple transactions. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

C. General Terms and Conditions:

• Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Lime Resort El Nido’s Point-Of-Sale terminal or payment link provided.

• Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

• Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

• Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Lime Resort El Nido.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Lime Resort El Nido shall have no liability.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Lime Resort El Nido, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
