  1. What is the promo offer?
    • 20% OFF on room accommodations based on Best Available Rates

  2. Who is qualified for the promo?
    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard,  Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa and -  Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Prepaid Cards and ON Mastercard.

  5. How do I redeem the promo?

    a. Offline bookings: Cardholders shall contact Lanson Place’s

    b. Room Reservations Team at +63 2 7777 0000 or e-mail reservations.lpmn@lansonplace.com.

    c. Discount will be given upon offline reservation.

    d. To confirm bookings, guests shall settle the full amount through the payment link that will be provided by the Reservations Team.

    e. A maximum of two (2) rooms shall be allowed per cardholder, per stay.

    f. Guests shall present the same card used during booking upon check-in. In the absence of the card, regular Best Available Rate will apply. If the cardholder is not present during check-in, the guests must present a letter of authorization signed by the cardholder.

    g. Advance reservation is recommended.

  6. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
    • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card per table will be honored, regardless if cardholder has multiple eligible cards.
    • Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
    • Discounted rate is inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.
    • The cardholder must be present at the restaurant/establishment to settle for his/her bill using his/her eligible Metrobank card.
    • Check-in time is at 3PM and check-out time is 12 noon on the departure date, early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and charges may apply.
    • DEPOSIT POLICY: A refundable incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 per night will be asked upon check-in.
    • CHILD POLICY: Children 0-12 years of age stay free using existing bed set-up while maximum room occupancy will still be observed.
    • CHILDREN BREAKFAST POLICY: Children 0-5 years of age enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast at Cyan Modern Kitchen while children from 6 to 12 years of age will be extended 50% discount from the adult buffet rate.
    • CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION: All cancellations and modifications must be done not later than at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, a fee equivalent to one-night’s room charge plus applicable taxes and service charges will apply.
    • NO SHOW: Non-arrival will incur a charge equal to the total room rate plus applicable taxes and service charges.
    • PARKING POLICY: Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for hotel guests. Valet service is available at PHP 200 per vehicle. Nearby alternative parking options are also available for your convenience.
    • The offer is not applicable during government declared holidays. 
    • Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e. eligible card cannot be used to pay for the transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the cardholder to the offer.
    • For the cardholder’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured.
    • Please note that the cardholder's card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent by e-mail, text or call.
    • All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder. 
    • The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
    • In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.
    • The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards. 
    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit  or  debit card account.
    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. 
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
