How do I redeem the promo?

• Reservation is required. Cardholder must contact Isla Amara Boutique Resort via email or call within the promo period.

• Intent to avail the Metrobank promo must be mentioned and provide booking details (complete name, contact number, dates, preferred room type, no. of guests, first 6-digits of Metrobank card).

• Isla Amara Boutique Resort to check availability and send a quotation.

• For payment, a payment link and instructions will be sent via e-mail. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required within 24-48 hours. Balance can be paid at the resort upon check-in.

• Cardholder to present the Metrobank Card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.

• Rates are good for two adults, net per room/night except for Family Deluxe room valid for 3 pax. Extra person rate applies in excess thereof.

• Extra Person Policy: Additional Person with Extra Mattress – ₱2,500 per night (12 years old and above). If an extra bed is requested for a child 0–11 years old, an additional charge of PHP 1,250 per night will apply.

• Child Policy: 0–11 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding. Extra charges apply for additional bedding and breakfast when applicable.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN

• Rebooking Policy: Rebooking is allowed within the stay period. Maximum of 2 re-bookings only.

• Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for fully paid bookings will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refund. The non-refundable 50% down payment will be forfeited.

• No-Show Policy: No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for any refunds or modifications.

• Force Majeure: Resort can only allow cancellations or refunds in the case of force majeure events—unexpected situations beyond our control such as natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, floods), government restrictions, wars, health-related issues that prevent you from traveling.

• The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

• n the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

• The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit, or prepaid card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Isla Amara Boutique Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
