Who is qualified for the promo?
The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard in good credit standing, as well as Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Dealer Financing.
What is the promo and stay period?
- The Promo or booking period is from September 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.
- Stay period is from September 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
- Blackout dates apply from December 20, 2026 to December 31, 2026; January 1, 2027.

How do I redeem the promo?
- For bookings, please visit the link: https://www.simplebooking.it/ibe2/hotel/6709?lang=EN&offer=243168&coupon=MHERE-HUE. Select the dates, number of pax and enter the code MHERE-HUE.
- Card promotion discount is via online booking only and cannot be used to further discount any other rates.
- Payment will be done via a secure payment link to the Property’s official website. Full immediate pre-payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Metrobank Cardholder must present his/her Metrobank card used in booking upon arrival at the Property. If not present, the guest must present a letter of authorization, a copy of the card (front side only), and a copy of the cardholder's valid ID.
- Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the regular rate will apply.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
- Offer is applicable on select room categories only (Deluxe Room/Suite Room/Family Room).
- The offer is valid for single or double occupancy only except when otherwise stated. A maximum of two (2) children ages 11 years old and below using the same beddings may stay free of charge, subject to the maximum room capacity. General child policy of the property applies.
- Extra person rate, child policy, hotel bookings and the General Terms and Conditions of Hue Hotels & Resorts Puerto Princesa shall apply.
- To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified Metrobank Card and present the said card upon check-in for verification. In the absence of the Metrobank Card, regular rates will apply.
- Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and will be accepted per cardholder, regardless of whether they hold multiple qualified Metrobank cards. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
- The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
- Full payment is required upon booking and is non-refundable.
- By participating in this Promo, the cardholder and/or his/her fellow guests agree and consent that their personal data (e.g. name, birthdate, gender, address, email address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be used, collected, processed and/or stored by Hue Hotels & Resorts Puerto Princesa in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this Promo.
- All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
- The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-assignable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other products / services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, privileges, and other fixed price items of Metrobank and Hue Hotels & Resorts Puerto Princesa unless otherwise provided.
- Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this Promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the card privileges at Metrobank’s discretion.
- The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Hue Hotels & Resorts Puerto Princesa, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be held free from any liability in the event of such disputes.
- For disputes involving only Metrobank and the Cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
