- Qualified cardholders can avail the 50% OFF on dishes at Haidilao Hot Pot for a minimum spend of PHP 5,000 with a maximum discount of PHP 5,000 when using their qualified Metrobank Visa Credit Cards.
- Promo is valid every Mondays to Fridays only.
- What are the qualified cards for the promo?
- The promo is applicable to all Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa and Travel Platinum Visa in good credit standing only.
- The promo is not applicable to Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Femme Visa Cards, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Vantage Visa, Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit Cards, and Prepaid Cards.

- How to avail the promo?
- The Metrobank cardholder must inform the merchant that they will be availing the promo.
- The Metrobank cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
- What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only.
- Promo is not valid on soup base orders, beverages and combo meals.
- Promo is not applicable on VIP room fees.
- All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. VAT and service charge) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
- Only one (1) qualified Metrobank Visa credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Visa credit cards.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
- The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Haidilao Hot Pot, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
