What is the promo offer?
Qualified Metrobank cardholders can avail these offers from Novotel Manila Araneta City when they pay using a Metrobank credit and debit card:
- 35% OFF on buffets (breakfast, lunch or dinner) at Food Exchange Manila for a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 10 diners per cardholder per booking
- 20% OFF on food and 15% OFF on drinks at Gourmet Bar, The 6th Manila and Prana Indian restaurant
What are the qualified cards for the promo?
The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, and Metrobank Debit Cards in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, and Metrobank Prepaid Cards.

How to avail the promo?
- Prior reservation is required to avail the promo.
- The Metrobank cardholder must inform the merchant that they will be availing the promo.
- The Metrobank cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- Buffet discount is valid for a min. of two (2) pax and max. of ten (10) pax per cardholder, per booking only.
- Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit or debit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit or debit cards.
- Promo is valid for food and drinks at Gourmet Bar, The 6th Manila and Prana Indian restaurant
- Promo is valid for buffet meals at Food Exchange Manila:
  - Breakfast Buffet: Daily | 6:30AM to 10AM
  - Lunch Buffet: Mon-Sat | 12NN to 2:30PM • Sun | 12NN to 3:00PM
  - Dinner Buffet: Daily | 6PM to 10PM
    Inclusive of coffee, iced tea, soft drinks/sodas, and chilled juices. Beer is included during dinner buffet from Monday to Friday and during Sunday lunch buffet.
- Valid for dine-in transactions only.
- Kids 6 years old and below eat for free when accompanied by 1 paying adult per kid.
- Promo is NOT valid for banquets and event bookings.
- This promo is valid for straight transactions only. Not valid for installment.

- Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
- In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional freebie or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, Novotel Manila Araneta City shall have no liability.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Novotel Manila Araneta City, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
