How do I redeem the promo?

• Reservation is required. Cardholder must contact Carpe Diem Villas & Resort directly by email or phone.

• Intent to avail the Metrobank promo must be mentioned and provide details (complete name, contact number, dates, preferred room type, no. of guests, first 6-digits of card).

• Carpe Diem Villas & Resort will acknowledge and send confirmation within 24 hours.

• For payment, a payment link and instructions will be sent via e-mail. Full payment via link within specified period is required.

• Cardholder must present the Metrobank credit or debit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.

• Above rates are good for two adults; net per room/night.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.

• Extra Person Rate: P1,000/person/night.

• Child Policy: 5 years old and below stay free when sharing existing bedding. Extra charges apply for additional bedding and breakfast when applicable.

• Balance of room charges should be paid in full upon check-in.

• Rebooking Policy: Subject to availability and rate differences may apply.

• Cancellation: Standard hotel cancellation policy applies.

• No Show: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of check-in date will incur charges equivalent to the total amount (100%) of the room booking. Non-refundable.

• Refund Policy: Subject to the booking conditions and approved cancellation policies.

• Force Majeure – Carpe Diem Villas & Resort is not liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of Management.

• The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

• In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

• The use of the Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards.

• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Carpe Diem Villas & Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

• In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
