The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Platinum Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit Card and Prepaid Cards.

What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- Standard hotel terms and conditions apply.
- The promo is available for direct bookings, not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
- Standard allowable occupancies apply: Deluxe/Premier King (2 adults, 2 kids); Deluxe/Premier Twin (up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids sharing bed).
- Extra person charge is PHP 1,200 net per head, per night inclusive of breakfast (Deluxe/Premier Twin Room) in excess of two (2) adults.
- Children aged 0–4 stay free; 5–11 subject to breakfast fee at Php 300; 12+ considered adults.
- Booking is non-refundable and not applicable for extensions of stay.
- Rates are in Philippine Peso, inclusive of Value Added Tax and Service Charge.
- Offer is non-commissionable.
- Free cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date. Late cancellation or reduction on reserved rooms charged in full. Failure to arrive treated as no-show.
- Cardholders must be present during check-in and present the card used and valid government ID.
- Dining offer valid for dine-in and take-out for checked-in and walk-in guests. Card must be presented upon ordering.
- Splitting of transactions is not allowed.
- Metrobank cardholders must charge total amount to qualified card through terminal or link provided.
- Only one (1) qualified card accepted per cardholder, per transaction.
- Banquet sales, private functions and parties excluded.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Canvas Boutique Hotel.
- In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
- The use of the Metrobank Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, Canvas Boutique Hotel shall have no liability.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Cost of discount shall be charged back if unqualified.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Canvas Boutique Hotel, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
