3. What is the promo period and redemption period?

   Promo period is from May 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026. Blackout dates apply on weekends and government‑mandated regular and special non‑working holidays.

4. How do I register in the promo?

5. What are the qualified transactions?

   • Valid for in-store purchases only.

   • Valid for straight transactions only.

   • Valid for a minimum spend of PHP 1,500.

   • Must be charged to a qualified Metrobank card via the store’s Point-of-Sale terminal.

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is applicable only to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit and Metrobank Prepaid cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard and Metrobank Dealer Financing cards.

2. Qualified cardholders can avail 15% OFF on all individual services (massages, back & foot care and facials), excluding packages and bundles, with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 1,500 at Calm Manila when using their Metrobank Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards!

   Promo is valid for straight transactions only from Mondays to Fridays. Prior reservation is required to avail the promo.

6. To avail the promo:

   • The Metrobank cardholder must inform the merchant that they will be availing the promo.

   • The Metrobank cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

7. Other terms and conditions apply:

   • Promo is valid on all individual services (massages, back & foot care and facials), excluding packages and bundles.

   • Promo is valid for straight transactions only from Mondays to Fridays. Promo is not valid on weekends.

   • Prior reservation is required to avail the promo. Walk‑ins may be accommodated only if slots are available.

   • Promo is valid only for services availed by the cardholder and is not transferable to companions.

   • Promo is not valid on wellness card purchases.

   • Any cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

8. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

12. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Calm Manila, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.Å

16. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
