3. What is the promo period and redemption period?

   Promo period is from February 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.

4. How do I register in the promo?

   No registration is required. Simply use your qualified Metrobank card at participating branches to avail of the promo.

5. What are the qualified transactions?

   • Valid for in-store purchase only.
   • Valid for straight transactions only.
   • A minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 1,500 is required to avail of the dining offer.
   • Must be charged to a qualified Metrobank card via the store’s Point-of-Sale terminal.

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The Promotion is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa credit and Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Metrobank Prepaid cardholders in good credit standing only. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and ON Internet Mastercard.

2. Qualified cardholder can get up to 20% OFF on Pilates session and dining at participating 7AM Pilates Studio + Cafe branches with Metrobank Cards:

   • 20% OFF on dining for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 1,500
   • 15% OFF for single session of group class (From PHP1,200 to PHP 1,020) 
   • 20% OFF for single session of 1-on-1 class (From PHP2,000 to PHP 1,600)

3. The promo period is from February 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026. No blackout dates.

4. The Promo is available for in-store purchase at Units 202, 203, 209, AND 210, 2F, Abaca Bldg, Parqal, Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Tambo, Aseana City, 1701, Parañaque City

6. How to avail:

   a. Metrobank cardholders can directly call the studio for bookings and reservations.

   b. Metrobank can also register in 7AM Rezerv Official Website (https://7ampilates.rezerv.co) to avail of the promo packages, where they may also book their sessions.

   c. Metrobank cardholder will receive an email confirmation for the details of their booking.

7. Other Terms and Conditions:

   a. The Promo is available for in-studio purchase only and for straight transactions only.

   b. The Promo can be availed multiple times per cardholder within the promo period, provided that, in the event of cancellations / no shows, cardholders are disqualified to further avail of the promo for the rest of the promo period.

   c. Sessions are available from Mondays to Sundays.

   d. The offer for dining is open for walk-in customers and dine-in transactions.

   e. A minimum single-receipt spend of P1,500 is required to avail of the dining offer.

   f. Metrobank cardholder must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through 7AM Pilates Studio + Cafe’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

   g. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

8. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

9. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

10. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

11. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

12. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

13. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

15. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and 7AM Pilates Studio + Cafe, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
