  1. What is the promo offer?

  2. Who is qualified for the promo?

    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, ON Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, and Metrobank PRIME Debit cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Prepaid cards.

  5. How do I redeem?

    • The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

    • For reservations, contact the property to inform them about the details of your booking.

    • Cardholders will receive an acknowledgement from a hotel representative.

    • A payment link will be sent to complete the transaction using a qualified Metrobank card.

  6. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

    A. Accommodation

    • Promo applies to Deluxe Sea View, Superior Sea View and Standard rooms from Mondays to Thursdays only.

    • Rooms can accommodate two (2) adults and up to two (2) children 12 years old and below.

    • Children aged 6 years and below (maximum of 2) sharing room with parents using existing bed set-up, stay and eat buffet breakfast for FREE.

    • Children up to 12 years old, sharing room with parents, using existing bed set-up, stay for FREE and shall be extended 50% discount on existing buffet breakfast.

    • Cardholder can book up to a maximum of three (3) rooms overnight or accumulated three (3) room nights within the promo and booking period.

    • The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

    • Metrobank cardholders must pay the full amount of booking/s to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card. ACEA Subic Beach Resort will provide a payment link to settle the payment online.

    • Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government- issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    • Booking modification and cancellation is subject to hotel policies.

    B. Dining

    • Discount is applicable to food and beverages except for Japanese foods.

    • Unless otherwise provided, service charge shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on original menu prices.

    • Discount is not valid to be converted as voucher.

    • Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the full amount to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card. Food bill must be settled in the restaurant upon dining only and not allowed to be included under room charges.

    C. Other Terms and Conditions

    • The promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing bookings or reservations.

    • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at ACEA Subic Beach Resort.

    • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit or debit card.

    • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

    • Banquet sales, private functions, group event booking and parties are excluded from the promotion.

    • All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

    • The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

    • In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

    • The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
