  2. Who is qualified for the promo?

    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, and Metrobank PRIME Debit cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable toON Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Prepaid cards.

  3. When is the promo and stay period?

    Promo period and booking period are from March 1, 2026 to December 29, 2026 only. Stay period is from March 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 only. Blackout dates apply on accommodation apply, including but not limited to peak seasons such as holidays (April 9, 2026, April 16, 2026 to April 18, 2026, May 1, 2026, June 12, 2026, August 21, 2026, August 31, 2026, November 1, 2026, November 30, 2026, December 8, 2026, December 24, 2026, December 25, 2026, and December 31, 2026), long weekends, and other high-demand periods. Please inquire directly with the hotel for availability during these dates.

  5. How do I redeem the promo?

    • The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

    • For reservations, contact the property to inform them about the details of your booking.

    • Cardholders will receive an acknowledgement from a hotel representative.

    • A payment link will be sent to complete the transaction using a qualified Metrobank card.

  6. What are the terms and conditions of the promo?

    A. Accommodation

    • Rate is inclusive of breakfast for two at Qsina, complimentary use of facilities, complimentary scheduled shuttle service to nearby Alabang commercial and financial districts, and applicable taxes.

    • The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

    • A maximum of two (2) adults are allowed per room only. One (1) child 12 years old and below is free of charge with no additional bedding arrangement, and breakfast is not included.

    • Cardholders can book up to two (2) rooms per day only.

    • The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

    • Cancellation notice must be received no later than seventy-two (72) hours (Philippine time) prior to the guest’s arrival.

    • No penalty for modifications and cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.

    • If canceled within three (3) days before arrival, a one-night penalty will be charged.

    • For same-day cancellation, a full stay will be charged. The same applies to no-show/non-arrival on the actual date of check-in.

    • Cardholders must present the card used in booking, along with a valid government-issued ID, during check-in.

    • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    • The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, or fixed-price items, unless otherwise stated.

    • Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to peak seasons such as holidays, long weekends, and other high-demand periods.

    B.Dining

    • Advance reservation is required for buffet.

    • Unless otherwise provided, Value Added Tax and Service Charge are excluded from the promo and shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on original menu prices.

    C. Other Terms and Conditions

    • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card.

    • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit or debit card.

    • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

    • Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

    • The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

    • In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

    • The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
