How to avail:

a. Reservation is required. To book, cardholer must contact reservations@aruga.com.ph and provide the following details in the email:

• complete name of guest/s;

• contact number;

• check-in and check-out dates;

• preferred room type;

• first 6-digits of Metrobank credit card;

b. Reservations will be held provisionally until payment is completed using a Metrobank credit card via secure online payment link (provided by reservations team). Payment must be made within 72 hours upon booking and no later than 24 hours to arrival date.

c. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

d. Cardholder must use their Metrobank Credit Card for the booking transaction otherwise, the room rates will be updated to the property's Best Available Rates at the time of check-in.

e. Cardholder must present the Metrobank Credit Card used with one (1) valid government-issued ID card upon check in.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Promo can be availed at Aruga Apartments by Rockwell, Waterfront Drive, Rockwell Center, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City.

b. Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.

c. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN

d. Bookings must be guaranteed with payment and a Metrobank Credit Card must be used.

e. Booking is non-refundable, non-transferable but re-bookable once within the booking period.

f. Not applicable to corporate rates/bookings.

g. A maximum of 5 rooms can be booked per stay date per Cardholder.

h. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per booking transaction.

i. Rate is good for 2 persons only; extra person rate applies

j. Extra Person Rate: P1,500/pax/night with breakfast

k. Child Policy: Free for kids 12 yrs. old and below (bed-sharing)

l. Rebooking Policy: Allowed once during the booking period, at least 24 hours before arrival date.

m. Cancellation/NoShow/Refund: Reservations cancelled and modified less than 1 day prior to the day of arrival will be subject to a one-night room charge. A one night room charge will also be incurred in the event of no-show. For bookings of thirty (30) nights or longer, the penalty charges applicable will be three (3) room nights.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder. b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
