PROMO HIGHLIGHTS 

  • Registration: Register at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift and enter your Metrobank credit card-registered mobile number. The principal cardholder will receive an SMS, Viber message, or e-mail containing the instructions on how to join the promo. Transaction/s made before successful registration will NOT be qualified for the promo.
  • Registration period: is from March 27, 2026 to May 31, 2026 
    • If a cardholder changes or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 to update the mobile number and request registration using the new mobile number in view of the change in mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders who have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
  • Visual Tracker: Cardholder can track their accumulated spend and earned rewards at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift beginning April 10, 2026 after they registered. Prior transaction/s will be shown upon the tracker set-up date, while transaction/s made subsequent to the tracker set-up date will be reflected within seven (7) banking days after the qualified transaction has been made.
  • Redemption: Once a cardholder reaches Tier 1 or Tier 2 or Tier 3, they have the option to claim the reward at that level and forgo earning higher-tier rewards, or they can continue accumulating spend to qualify for a bigger reward. At the end of the promo period, the cardholder can only claim one reward – the highest tier they have qualified for based on their total accumulated spend during the promo period. Multiple tier rewards cannot be combined. Redemption is until July 31, 2026 only.  

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. Promo and registration period is from March 27, 2026 to May 31, 2026. Redemption period is from April 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026 only.

  3. All cardholders who will spend during the promo period can earn the following rewards when they meet the required spend:

  4. HOW TO JOIN:

    a. To join, a Metrobank cardholder must visit the promo rewards website: https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/ To log in, the Cardholder must enter his his/her mobile number registered with Metrobank’s credit card database. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to his mobile no. Enter the 6-digit code. Please enter the mobile number linked to your Metrobank credit card to qualify for the promo. Registering a different mobile number will result in non-qualification of transactions. For updating of mobile numbers, call the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02)88700700. The updated mobile number must be registered to the promo before the qualified transaction.

    b. Once logged in to the site, cardholder must scroll down to “Other Promos,” and find “2026 Q2 Weekend Wins” and click “Register.” Confirm the mobile number and enter the verification/registration code sent via SMS. Registration period is from March 27 to May 31, 2026. A confirmation SMS will be sent upon successful registration. If no SMS is received within the day, the registration is considered unsuccessful. Only registrations confirmed via SMS sent to the cardholder’s registered mobile number will be recognized by Metrobank.

    c. Once registered, the promo will move to “Your Promos” where the cardholder can visit the promo site.

    d. Transaction/s made before the successful registration will NOT qualify for the promo. The time of the successful registration shall be based on the time the notification SMS was received by the principal cardholder.

    Note: The registration page will only ask for the cardholder’s mobile number and the Registration/Verification Code sent to the mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP or other card details via links or web pages found in e-mail, SMS or phone calls. For security reasons, Metrobank did not provide Giftaway with customers’ mobile number. As such, the metrobankcard.mymcc.gift site will not validate the mobile number registered with your credit card account and will show successful registration message for any mobile number with a matching verification code. If a principal cardholder uses a mobile number not associated with the credit card account (e.g., associated with Metrobank Savings or Checking Account), registration will not proceed. It is important that a principal cardholder use the mobile number associated with the credit card account waits for the SMS confirmation of the successful registration. To update mobile number associated with your credit card, please call our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.

    e. Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s.

    f. By completing the registration, the cardholder agrees that his/her personal data shall be shared to Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, and shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Giftaway.

    g. A visual transaction and incentive tracker (https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/) where all qualified and posted transactions/s, total accumulated spend, and rewards will be available to all registered cardholders starting April 10, 2026. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker. Prior transaction/s will be shown upon the tracker set-up date, while transaction/s made subsequent to the tracker set-up date will be reflected within seven (7) banking days after the qualified transaction has been made.

    h. If a cardholder changes or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo.   5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    A. Get up to PHP 3,000 cashback for your accumulated spend.

    i. Qualified transactions include local straight and Paybills transactions with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 1,000 and transacted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.

    ii. A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cashback per customer for the duration of the promo period for the accumulated spend tiers. If they reached Tier 1 or Tier 2 or Tier 3, they can choose to claim the reward at that tier or continue accumulating spend toward a higher tier. Final rewards will be based on the highest qualified tier at the end of the promo period. Rewards are not stackable across tiers.

    iii. The computation of the required accumulated spend per tier transactions will be based on a customer level regardless if he/she has multiple cards. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback.

    iv. “Qualified Transactions” for the accumulated spend cashback include all local straight retail transactions worth at least PHP 1,000 such as purchases at groceries, department stores, boutiques, drug stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, and Pay Bills transactions. PayNow/Send Money transactions and foreign currency transactions are excluded from this offer.

    v. “Non-qualified Transactions” for the accumulated spend cashback include all merchant installment transactions, foreign currency transactions, mobile payments/mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010 and 6011 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as PayNow/Send Money, Bills2Pay, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, and Cash2Go transactions.

    B. Get a chance to win PHP 20,000 cashback raffle promo

    i. Qualified transactions for the raffle include all local straight, Paybills and PayNow/Send Money transactions (excluding self- transfers) transacted during the promo period.

    ii. Earn one raffle entry for every minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 1,000 transacted all days of the week and get a chance to be one of 10 winners to win PHP 20,000 cashback.

    iii. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

    iv. Deadline for earning of raffle entries is on May 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. The timestamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.

    v. The electronic raffle draw will take place on June 11, 2026 and will be virtually held in the presence of representatives from DTI, Giftaway, and Metrobank. The table below also shows the qualified transaction dates, raffle draw date, date for announcement of winners, number of winners, and the prizes to be won.

    vi. A cardholder may only win once in the raffle. If a cardholder's name is drawn more than once, a name will be drawn from the back-up winners.

    vii. Winners of the raffle draw will be officially informed via registered mail, SMS, and e-mail. Should the cardholder be unreachable, winners will then be notified via call-out by Metrobank.

    viii. The cashback earned will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account where the transaction was made within thirty (30) calendar days after the raffle draw with the transaction description: “Cashback for 2026 Q2 Weekend Wins”

    ix. Raffle entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

    x. “Qualified Transactions” for the raffle promo include all local retail straight transactions worth at least PHP 1,000 such as purchases at groceries, department stores, boutiques, drug stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, Pay Bills and PayNow/Send Money (except for transfers made to cardholder’s own account). Foreign currency transactions are excluded from this offer.

    xi. “Non-qualified Transactions” include all merchant installment transactions, foreign currency transactions, mobile payments/mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010 and 6011 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as new and existing Bills2Pay enrollments and amortizations of previous Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Balance Conversion and Cash2Go transactions.

    xii. By participating in the raffle, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) photographs and (iii) videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobank’s social media pages.

    xiii.By submitting photos and videos, or by consenting to have photos or videos taken by a Metrobank representative, the participant agrees to their use for promotional purposes. If no photos or videos are submitted, it will be understood that the participant does not consent to the use of their photos or videos, but allows the use of their full name in social media announcements and promotions.

    xiv. Employees of Metrobank and Giftaway including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle.

    C. Get up to PHP 150 cashback for your PayNow transactions

    i. Qualified transactions include PayNow/Send Money transactions (excluding self-transfers) made from Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays within the promo period.

    ii. A principal cardholder is entitled to up to three (3) cashback per customer for the duration of the promo period for the PayNow transactions with a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000.

    iii. The computation of the required accumulated spend per tier and PayNow transactions will be based on a customer level regardless if he/she has multiple cards. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback.

    iv. “Valid Spend” includes only Send Money via PayNow transactions. Transactions sent to own accounts are disqualified from this promo.

  1. REDEMPTION FOR ACCUMULATED SPEND AND PAYNOW CASHBACK PROMOS
    a. A registered and qualified customer can redeem the cashback by following the step by step below.

    How to Redeem the Cashback:
    i. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
    ii. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database
    iii. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “2026 Q2 Weekend Wins” tab and enter the registered mobile number.
    iv. Click the “Claim” button to get your cashback which will be credited within 60 calendar days.

    b. The registered cardholder who reached the minimum spend / transaction will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and he or she will need to redeem to claim the cashback which will be credited within 60 calendar days. Illustration:

    c. The cashback will automatically be credited to the principal cardholder’s account within 60 calendar days after the end of the promo period and/or redemption period with description: “Cashback for 2026 Q2 Weekend Wins”.

    d. The registered and qualified cardholder who claimed the cashback reward will receive a confirmation SMS from Metrobank once the cashback has been credited to his/her account.

    e. The redemption period is from April 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026 or within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of the SMS. All redemption requests made after the redemption period or after sixty (60) calendar days will not be accommodated. All unredeemed cashback will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

    f. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or applied to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemption will be considered final. It’s the cardholder obligation to make sure that his or her preferred incentive is correct.
  2. The promo and cashback entitlement are based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank Mastercard credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank Mastercard credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashback.

  3. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo and forfeits their right to the promo rewards if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

  4. Should a registered cardholder change his/her mind on joining the promo after successful registration, cardholder may opt out by calling the Metrobank Customer Service hotline requesting the removal of their mobile number in the registered cardholder data base. Removal of the mobile number would take up to seven (7) business days after the confirmation from the marketing team.

  5. The promo may be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, unless otherwise stated.

  6. All disputes will only be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than July 31, 2026.

  7. Metrobank will not accommodate cardholders’ request to be rewarded for transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness for the promo.

  8. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  9. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  10. All terms and conditions relating to the use of registration, redemption portal, Universal Giftaway eGCs indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply.

  11. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

  12. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
