Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, Metrobank ICON, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, and Travel Platinum Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
  1. The Promo period is from April 29-30, 2026

  2. Qualified cardholders can enjoy PHP 1,500 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of P50,000 on shows and concert tickets availed on select online ticketing merchants on select destinations in South Korea with a merchant category code of 410 and currency code of KRW using his or her Metrobank credit card. Cashback is valid for one-time availment per cardholder only, regardless of whether customer has multiple cards with Metrobank.

  3. Qualified spend includes only online, mail order or telephone order straight transactions made at online ticket-selling merchants under Merchant Category Code: 7922 (Ticket Agencies)

    Transactions through other channels or platforms such as point of sale or call and delivery are not applicable and will not be honored for this promo. Metrobank reports will be the final source of qualified transactions

  4. The promo and cash rebate entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank Mastercard credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cash rebate.

  5. Cashback earned by a supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically counted for the principal cardholder and will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account.

  6. The cashback earned will be credited to principal cardholders’ account within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period.

  7. The principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cash rebate per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cash rebate.

  8. The cash rebate will automatically be credited to the principal cardholder’s account within 60 business days after the end of the promo period and/ or redemption period with transaction description: 2026 Metrobank’s Cashback Pass Promo

  9. “Qualified Transactions” includes transactions with the following criteria: (1) cross border transactions made online with merchant category code: 7922; (2) completed on the specified promo date; (3) meets the P50,000 minimum single-receipt spend requirement; (4) tagged with any of the mentioned merchant country code; and (6) has not yet breached the cap on availment as stated above.

  10. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all other transactions that do not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria.

  11. A cardholder and his or her transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. Any concern of the cardholder in relation to his or her card account or this promo shall not be a valid excuse for the cardholder to refuse payment of his or her outstanding balances. Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  12. Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token code once sixty (60) calendar days has passed. All questions and issues will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than April 30, 2026 after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.

  13. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank Mastercard credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cash rebate. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  14. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cash rebate shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  15. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  16. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  17. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  18. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  19. The use of Metrobank Mastercard credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards.

  20. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
