Qualified cardholders can enjoy up to P1,000 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend on shows and concert tickets availed on select online ticketing merchants and select destinations using his or her Metrobank credit card. Cashback is valid for one-time availment per cardholder only, regardless of whether customer has multiple Metrobank credit cards.

“Qualified Transactions” includes straight online, mail order or telephone order transactions made at select ticket-selling merchants with Merchant Category Code: 7922 (Ticket Agencies) and currency code as seen below:

“Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all transactions not stated in number 4 promo mechanics such as but not limited to all cross border card present and card not present spend outside Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia, local retail purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, merchant installment such as 0% installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, reduced rates, regular rates, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), and transactions through other channels or platforms such as point of sale or call and delivery are not applicable and will not be honored for this promo. Metrobank reports will be the final source of qualified transactions.
The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cash rebate.
The cashback earned by a supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically counted for the principal cardholder and will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account.
The cashback will be automatically credited to principal cardholders’ account within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or on or before August 4, 2026 with merchant description of 2026 Metrobank Cashback Promo in Asia
The principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cash rebate per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cash rebate.
A cardholder and his or her transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. Any concern of the cardholder in relation to his or her card account or this promo shall not be a valid excuse for the cardholder to refuse payment of his or her outstanding balances. Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.
A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cash rebate. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cash rebate shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
