PROMO HIGHLIGHTS

1. What is the promo offer?

   Metrobank credit cardholders will get the following when they shop at all NCCC Department Store:

   • PHP 100 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 3,000 on straight transactions or

   • PHP 400 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000 on 0% installment up to 6 months

   • Cashback is capped at 1x per customer level per month per transaction type

2. What are the qualified cards / credit cards for the promo?

   all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa

   Credit cardholder must be of good credit standing only.

3. What are the excluded cards / credit cards for the promo?

   Promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Prepaid cards.

4. What is the promo period and rewarding period?

   • Promo period: December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026

   • Rewarding is on or before March 31, 2026

5. How do I register in the promo?

   Registration is not required to qualify for the promo but cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due on the day of the rewarding. Otherwise, cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.

6. What are the qualified transactions?

   • PHP 100 CASHBACK is qualified for straight transactions for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 3,000 while the P400 CASHBACK is qualified for 0% installment transaction only

   • Cashback is capped at 1x per customer level per month per transaction type

7. How to redeem the cashback?

   Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with the transaction description: “Cashback on Straight NCCC Spend” or “Cashback on 0% installment NCCC Spend”

   Rewarding of cashback will be on or before March 31, 2026

8. How many cashback can I get?

   A cardholder can be rewarded 1x per month per transaction type only.

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo will run from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026

3. Use your Metrobank credit card to enjoy the following:

   • PHP 100 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of P3,000 on straight transactions

   • PHP 400 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of P10,000 on 0% installment up to 6 months

4. Promo is applicable to all NCCC Department Store nationwide.

5. Cashback rewarding per customer level is capped at 1x per transaction type (1 for Straight and 1 for 0% Installment plus Shop Now, Pay Later) per month (1x for December and 1x for January) regardless of whether the customer has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards. For multiple transactions falling within the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.

6. Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with the transaction description: “Cashback on Straight NCCC Spend” or “Cashback on 0% installment NCCC Spend” within 60 days after the end of the promo period or on or before March 31, 2026.

7. Cashback credit earned by the supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.

8. To qualify for the cashback promo, cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due during the period of which the cashback will be rewarded. Otherwise, cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.

9. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

10. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

11. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

12. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

13. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, NCCC Department Store shall have no liability.

14. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

15. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

16. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

17. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and NCCC Department Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

18. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

19. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
