What is the promo offer?
- Qualified Metrobank cardholders will get PHP 200 CASHBACK for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 3,000.
- Cashback is capped at 1x redemption per month per customer level only regardless of whether the customer has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.
What are the qualified cards for the promo?
- The promo is applicable only to Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard that are in good credit standing.
- The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Metrobank Prepaid Cards.
When is the promo period?
- Promo runs from May 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 in all NCCC Department Store branches nationwide.
- Cashback will be rewarded 60 days after the end of the promo period or on or before September 30, 2026.
How to redeem the promo?
- Registration is not required. Metrobank credit cardholders may simply use their valid Metrobank credit card upon purchase and meet the minimum spend requirement.
- The Metrobank credit cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
- To qualify for the cashback promo, the cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due during the period in which the cashback will be rewarded. Otherwise, cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- Cashback rewarding per customer level is capped at 1x per month regardless of whether the customer has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards. For multiple transactions falling within the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.
- Cashback will be automatically rewarded as a credit adjustment to the customer’s statement of account with the transaction description: “Cashback on Straight NCCC Dept Store Spend” within 60 days after the end of the promo period or on or before September 30, 2026.
- Cashback credit earned by the supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashback is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
- The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and NCCC Department Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
- By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
