PHP 1,000 CASHBACK on local online ticket platform spends

The Promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank ICON, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good credit standing only. Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards.

Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Metrobank credit cards which are not on hold for being reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

Qualified cardholders can enjoy P1,000 cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of P30,000 at local concert ticket merchants using their Metrobank credit card. Cashback is valid for one-time availment per cardholder only, regardless of whether customer has multiple cards with Metrobank.

Promo is valid from September 11, 2026 to September 14, 2026 only.

Qualified spend includes only online, straight transactions made at local online ticket-selling merchants under Merchant Category Code: 7922 (Ticket Agencies).

Transactions through other channels or platforms such as point of sale or call and delivery and international ticketing platforms are not applicable and will not be honored for this promo. Metrobank reports will be the final source of qualified transactions.

Transactions made by supplementary cardholders will be tagged and counted under their respective principal credit cardholders’ accounts.

The cashback earned will be credited to principal cardholders’ account within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period.

Cashback earned by a supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically counted for the principal cardholder and will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account. Each primary cardholder can only receive the cashback once and is not eligible for multiple rewards, regardless of the value of tickets purchased.

The cashback earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account with the transaction description: P1,000 Concert Tickets Cashback.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashbackbut was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the discount due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to cardholder’s credit card account.

The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

Any dispute concerning the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI.

Any dispute concerning the products or services availed from the merchants shall be settled directly between the cardholder and merchant.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
