1. What is the promo?

   Get PHP 2,000 cashback for a minimum single-receipt installment spend of PHP 60,000.

2. What are the qualified cards / credit cards for the promo?

   The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa in good standing only.

3. What are the qualified transactions?

   Valid for any in-store 0% installment up to 6 months or Shop Now, Pay Later purchase at select stores that meet the minimum spend requirement.

4. When is the promo period?

   December 20, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

5. What are the valid stores?

6. What tenors are applicable?

   0% installment for 3 and 6 months.

7. What is the capping?

   Cashback is capped at 1x per customer for each month.

8. When will the cashback be credited?

   Cashback will be credited 30 business days after the end of the promo period.

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The Promotion is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa credit cardholders in good credit standing only. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Internet Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards.

3. One-time redemption per month, per customer only.

4. For multiple transactions falling within the promo period, only the first qualified transaction will be rewarded.

5. Promo is valid only for 0% installment for 3 and 6 months or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions. Other installment tenors and straight transactions are excluded from the promo.

6. The promo period is from December 20, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

7. The promo is available at the following Crate and Barrel branches:

   • CRATE AND BARREL SM MAKATI

   • CRATE AND BARREL SM PODIUM

8. The cashback earned from the qualified 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction will be automatically credited to the cardholder’s account within 30 business days from the end of the promo period with transaction description “CRATE AND BARREL CASHBACK”

9. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

10. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other cashback promos of Metrobank.

11. Cashback credit earned by a Supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.

12. To qualify for the cashback promo, cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due. Otherwise, Rewards Points and Cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.

13. Full installment amount under the 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

14. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

15. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

16. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

17. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

18. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Crate and Barrel, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

19. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

20. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
