How many cash rebate can I get?
A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cash rebate per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cash rebate.

To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration means no cash rebate will be provided.

If a cardholder changes or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 to update the mobile number and request registration using the new mobile number in view of the change in mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders who have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from March 19, 2026 to March 21, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. The principal cardholder must ensure that the mobile number used for registration is the one associated with his or her Metrobank credit card account. A successful SMS confirmation will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration. If no confirmatory SMS is received within the day, the registration is considered unsuccessful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS which is sent to the mobile number found in the credit card system.
Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift site powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls. For security reasons, Metrobank did not provide Giftaway with customers’ mobile number. As such, the metrobankcard.mymcc.gift site will not validate the mobile number registered with your credit card account and will show successful registration message for any mobile number with a matching verification code. If a principal cardholder uses a mobile number not associated with the credit card account (e.g. associated with Metrobank Savings or Checking Account), registration will not proceed. It is important that a principal cardholder use the mobile number associated with the credit card account waits for the SMS confirmation of the successful registration. To update mobile number associated with your credit card, please call our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.
Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.
The promo and cash rebate entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank Mastercard credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank Mastercard credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cash rebate.
A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cash rebate per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cash rebate.
The cash rebate will automatically be credited to the principal cardholder’s account within 60 calendar days after the end of the promo period and/ or redemption period with description: ANA’s 15th Anniversary Cashback Offer
Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or applied to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemption will be considered final. It’s the cardholder obligation to make sure that his or her preferred incentive is correct.
“Qualified Transactions” include all Metrobank credit card transactions at All Nippon Airways booked directly via ANA’s channels within the promo period.
“Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all other transactions not meeting the above-mentioned criteria for the promo.
The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.
A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cash rebate. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cash rebate shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and All Nippon Airways (ANA), with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
