6. To redeem the free item, cardholders must present the original customer’s copy of the approved 0% interest installment charge slip, the original invoice of the AllHome store where the purchase was made and the Metrobank credit card used for the purchase at the redemption counter of the same AllHome store. Redemption period is within January 2, 2024 to June 30, 2024 from the date of transaction.

7. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

8. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

9. 0% Installment Terms and Conditions:

   • Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
   • All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
   • All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

11. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

12. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is applicable.

13. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

14. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

15. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

16. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and AllHome, with the concurrence of the DTI. AllHome agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

17. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

18. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
